The Human Resource Associate will support Radah Mediaโs people operations, helping to attract, onboard, develop and retain exceptional talent. The role will contribute to recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR administration and the implementation of people-focused initiatives that strengthen Radahโs culture and support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement, welfare and internal people initiatives.
- Assist with performance management, training and professional development activities.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee HR-related enquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Prepare basic HR reports and documentation to support management decisions.
- Help foster a professional, collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.
